Henry Washington and Jennie Bradley Hargis

Henry Washington Hargis was the son of Washington Blackard Hargis. He is also in the photo (on this site) of the Washington Blackard Hargis family.

Jennie Bradley was the daughter of Samuel Bradley, grand-daughter of Hugh Bradley.

Amy and Anna Hargis

On the left is Amy Hargis Berry Morgan; on the right is Anna Hargis Stephenson. Amy is the daughter of Henry and Jennie Hargis. Anna is the daughter of Henry Hargis and his first wife Sallie Adams.

Sallie Adams Hargis

Sallie Adams Hargis was the daughter of Abner Aaron Adams. She was the first wife of Henry Washington Hargis. Sallie was born about 1862 and died on December 24, 1888. Photo is in the possession of the grand daughter of Henry and Sallie.

Barney Lee Hargis

Barney Lee Hargis, known as "Dutch" by everyone he ever knew, was the son of Henry and Jennie Hargis. This is my grandfather.

Willie Belle Adams Hargis

Willie Belle Adams Hargis was the daughter of William and Ida Neely Adams, and the wife of B. L. "Dutch" Hargis. This is my grandmother.
