Cotton Gin

Man with arms crossed at the rear wheel of the wagon is Riley Sylvester Howard. Riley was the grandfather of Lou Ann Feeney.

Any help in identifying others in the photograph is much appreciated. Also, does anyone know where this cotton gin was located?
