Back: Orie Edward Hunter, Amanda Hopper Hunter and Grady Curtis Hunter
Front: Birtie Mae Hunter on Amanda's lap and Lula Belle Hunter

"This is a picture of my great-grandmother. I am trying to find her exact date of death so that the Hunter family can place a headstone at her unmarked grave in the McCoy cemetery in New Edinburg, AR. Her parents were Eli S. Hopper and Margaret Whitting. She had 3 sisters - Perilee Hopper Kitchens, Hannah Hopper Turner and Louella Hopper King. She married Evan Hunter and had five children - Orie Edward, Grady Curtis, Wilmar Daniel, Lula Belle and Birtie Mae. Our family had deep roots in Bradley-Cleveland-Calhoun counties with the surnames of Hunter-Dearman-Grice-Hopper-Cathey-Williams and we are hoping someone will be able to help." ~Janet Hunter Tew

Orie Edward Hunter, Sr. and possibly Clyde Edward Hunter

Orie Edward Hunter and possibly Clyde Edward Hunter

Orie Edward Hunter, son of Amanda Hopper Hunter, and unknown child who we think is Clyde Edward Hunter.
Would like someone to confirm this if they can.
