To reach this cemetery from Florence, take Cox Creek Parkway and turn east onto Gresham Road; go 1.2 mile and turn left of Lauderdale 61 (Middle Road); go 0.2 mile to cemetery. The cemetery is on the right side of the road, beside of Hopewell AME Church. The people buried in this cemetery are black. This cemetery is not shown on the 1987 Lauderdale County Highway Map, but the church is shown on some older maps. There are probably 20 to 30 unmarked graves in this cemetery. The legal description is SW4, SW4, Sec 29, T2S R10W
