Mrs. Grace Faulk Bratton
DURHAM, N.C. - Mrs. Grace Faulk Bratton, 97, died February 22, 2006, in Durham,
N.C. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Martin L. Faulk of Ozark, and
the
widow of Fred A. Bratton of Durham, N.C.
Born and educated in Ozark and at Troy Normal, Mrs. Bratton lived most of her
adult
life in Durham, N.C. She and her husband were charter members of St. Paul United
Methodist Church where she was actively involved in Sunday school and Bible
study
groups even in her later years, and served on the Administrative Board.
Graveside services will be held in Charlotte, N.C. at Sharon Memorial Park at a
later
date.
She is survived by nieces Martha Faulk Loftin, Ozark, Miriam Faulk Dorsey,
Opelika,
Mary Faulk Kaye, Chandler, Arizona, Sarah Searcy, Orange Park, Florida, Sylvia
Bratton
Hinson, Monroe, N.C., and Christine M. Adams, Ozark.
