Mrs. Dixie Riley Dies After Long illness

Following an extended illness. Mrs. hi Dixie Riley, age 70, passed away

at her home near Evergreen Sunday at might at 11:30 o'clock. She was a

native and lifelong resident of this county. Her death was a distinct

loss and source of great sorrow to a host to of relatives and friends

throughout this section.

Funeral services were held from the home Monday at 4 P. M. conducted by

G. C. Reynolds, Grady Williams and E. E. Ellis. Funeral arrangements

were by Cope Funeral Home.

She is survived by her hsuband (sic), W. I. Riley; one son, D. C.

Riley; seven daughters, Mrs. F. F. Bingham, Pensacola, Mrs. Myrtice

Salter, Mrs. R. L. Harper, Mrs. H. H. Morrison, Evergreen, Mrs. Anthony

Raibl, Barrineau Park, Fla., Miss Willie Riely (sic), Evergreen and Mrs.

E A. Simmons. Century, Fla. One son, Elmer preceded her in death several

years ago. She is also survived by one sitser (sic), Mrs. Callie

Allison, Burnt Corn.
