All researchers seeking to obtain information on their ancestors should subscribe to a mailing list in hopes of making contact with another researcher that has information on the family you are researching.
Researchers with interests in Alaska may want to consider subscribing to the Alaska genealogy mailing list (AKGEN)as well as a list for the specific region in which you have interest.
