A. Bramley Moore, of Lloydminster, is at the Alberta. Mr. Moore is a member of the company who have obtained a charter to build a railway from Lloydminster to Coal Lake. He has just returned from a trip to Coal Lake, and is enthusiastic over the prospect in that district.
