This is an old cemetery about half a km from the Canadian Customs building, in St Croix, on the right hand side after leaving the border. The gateway to this cemetery is off Partridge Road, which appears to be just a driveway between two houses. This is the top most side of the cemetery, and it runs from there to the highway, a distance of 400 to 500 feet. Its width is between 100 to 200 hundred feet. Only the flater, top section of the cemetery appears to have been used - about one third to one half of the cemetery. At the point of what appears to be the last section with graves the land dips sharply down to the highway. There is no entrance from the highway to the cemetery. It is in extremely poor condition. It is badly overgrown and many graves are sunken in either small areas, or in whole coffin size areas up to about 12 to 18 inches deep. As time goes by I will attempt to take photos of all known stones, although many are in such poor condition that the data on them will not be recognizable. This is best done in the springtime, before grass begins to grow, or late fall, when foliage has died away.

Due to the condition of the cemetery it is impossible to record the stones in much order. The graves run parallel to the highway, thus have their backs to the gate and fence that parallels Partridge Road. There are four stone (3 Sullivan, Malone) plus possible another stone before we come to a fenced in section with several stones. There only appears to be one with a surname on it [SEARS], but it seems more than likely all are of one family. This ends the first row in front of the side fence. The second row has a few stones and a number of unmarked graves, then the third row is very hard to define, as are the next two rows. To the best of my searching I could see no stones beyond this point. However there may be small stones, or broken stones that are within the tangled mess of brush and small trees.
