In addition, this project contains links to over 12,000 biographies located at other Iowa project sites. Iowa biographies are sorted by county resources, state resources and other resources. Use the menu at the top of the page to go directly to these resources. Or use the Search facility to search these pages for your Iowa ancestor; particularly useful if your ancestor is mentioned in someone else's biography. The search facility works only with biographies located at this site so be sure to check biographies located at other sites in your county of interest for a thorough search. Volunteer!
