LONG
CEMETERY
is
located in the Smyrna section of Union County about two miles north of Smyrna
Baptist
Church. It was established in 1923 when John W. Long buried his wife,
Georgia
Ann Owenby.
The

was the daughter of Gordon Long.

graves of infants whose mother was Johnnie Long Dockery. The father of one was
Verlin Dockery
the
father of the other is unknown. Johnnie is the daughter of Buford Long.
